Letter from UK bank of investment funds

could anyone please share the format of bank letter that we require if funds are in applicants own uk bank account

If funds are in applicant's UK bank account you need your statement of account and bank letter is essential but not compulsory.

The format is to simply ask the bank to write a letter confirming that you are the account holder and that you have the required funds (either 50k or 200k) in the account. The letter should be in the applicant's full name as it appear on the tier 1 application form. The letter should also be on the bank letterhead paper or should be stamped and sign by an authorised official at the bank and should confirm the account no and sort code.

But if its a team partner application please declare the money between two because my application was refused as we didn't submit deceleration although the money is in joint account....
