Hi,

Can I be classified as a new entrant?

Profile:

Bachelors Degree (2005-2010, Home Country)
Masters Degree (2011-2012, UK) Tier 4
Working for almost a year now (2012 - present) Tier 2

Please can someone advise

Yes you will be classified as a new entrant under Tier 2

if you are already working under Tier 2 you cannot be a new entrant
