family member of eea residence card - visa for portugal

I am an Indian residing in uk having s residence card - family member of eea. My husband is Portuguese.

We are planning to travel to portugal in november and I was wondering if i can get visa on arrival - I have read other topics but i wanted to knw if anyone has trsvelled lately without a visa.

last time i visited portugal i had to apply for a visa but i didnt have a residence card then.
