Selft Employed in India

Post by Hemant30 » Sat Jun 02, 2007 7:17 am

Hi! All

I am Self Employed Professional (Software Professional) and I am earning more than GBP 7500, Am i eligible to get 45 points as per HSMP criteria?

As a proof:
I have IT return for this amount.
I have all bank statement where i get all money remitted from my contractor in foreign currency.
I have all invoice for the same.

I also heard from agent that now a days HSMP is not offered to Indians, is that true?

Regards

Hemant

hi der,
who said that hsmp is not offered to indians. The agent must have said that its tough to qualify and get an extension.
Please read the guidance notes on hsmp application and also on extension after 2 years. Good Luck
