Hi

Can someone please share what are types of investment - I know one is director loan , is there any other type used like when we transfer money from our personal account to business account - what name can we give to this investment instead of loan investment ?

Is there any tax implications for this ? Also if u have to withdraw ur share/part of invested money can u withdraw ?

There are tax implications in director loan and in form of shares capital it is complicated to withdraw money. speak to ur accountant for more clarification.
