TIER 1 General Judicial Review

Post by megdan » Mon Sep 30, 2013 10:45 am

I had applied for Tier 1 General in April 2011 after
PSW,TIER 1 General was refused in September 2011 and then through
Lawyer it was re applied for judicial review in October 2011.Since
that time, the case is not decided and there is no information from
home office or any other related agency or office regarding the
decision of case.

1.When is it expected to be decided?
2.Can home office /any other relevant deptt ask for any further
information from the applicant?
3.Can the applicant travel to his home country in case of emergency
before the decision of case where the passport is still held with
the concerned authority since the application is re submitted. Will
it affect his application process?

Awaiting for your urgent response

Involve your MP and also Lodge a Complaint as it's nearly 2 years you are waiting for a decision.

TIER 1 General(after PSW) judicial review

Post by megdan » Mon Sep 30, 2013 10:57 am

What is MP?
How to lodge the complaint?
What are the prospects of such cases to be decided?
Should i have some hope to decide it in my favor?

I am afraid,it may not cause any hurdle or disturbance in my Judicial review. Can any body tell if he /she had some experience regarding tier 1 general judicial review after PSW and how did he handle the case?

Any experience of writing to member parliament?what are its outcomes?

If you become your wife's Tier 4 dependant, then you won't be eligible for ILR under the work routes.

TALKED to my lawyer,he is not suggesting to write to member parliament on the issue. He has the view it may cause the case to be entangled or rejection.

Please share your views on it.
