Does anyone knows when do we collect OCI visa from London office? On my online report shows Applicant Name , File ackn.number, Date of ackn., Registration Status at Mission, OCI number, Documents Printing Status PROCESSED with date, Despatched from MOIA (OCI) with date, Documents received At LONDON with date. Will I get notification from the department or this report is still not complete !

Hi,
If it says delivered in London then you should visit high commission with

a) Print out of on-line status report
b) British, or Foreign Passport for all applicants

Documents may be submitted at the token counter on a working day between 0830 to 1200 hrs only:

Do they intimate us ( email, text ) that it is ready for collection or we just go on the basis of online status?

After how long should we go once it says that docs are received at London.

There will be no confirmation from HCI. You need to check OCI status from week 3 if you made application in person or week 4 is made postal application.

You should go to HCI/Consulate for passport stamping and OCI collection as soon as possible when the oline status confirms that OCI is available at HCI, London.

Do we need to go early morning or can we go at 9.00 AM.

Is there any token system for collection?

I think collection time is between 4-5pm, call them or email them before you make a visit.
