Any Body can tell me when Apeal fee will deduct.

Hello Every Body Please tell me. I applied Tier-4 Student Visa 2 month before when i applied my college was on list and after one week college was revoked and Home Office review my application 12 September. That days my college was not on list. They refused my visa and refusal was they didn't verify my CAS Letter and they didn't give me any point of my Bank Statement. Now they give me Right of Appeal but i want to know i post my Appeal 18 September, still i didn't received any letter from court or they didn't charge money from my account. Is any body know how long they take this procedure.

Read the following extract from AIT's website, no need to worry.

The Tribunal is currently receiving very HIGH volumes of appeals. Appeal registration, including the processing of appeal fees is currently taking up to six weeks'

Contact the Immigration and Asylum Tribunal service and ask for an update and current waiting times.
