When I can Apply for ILR???

Hello Guys,

I need your help to decide when I can apply for ILR. Please find my brief details.

23-10-2009---- Entered in UK on Tier 1 General.
10-04-2011---- Got Married with British Citizen in Home Country.
05-05-2011---- Came Back to UK with my wife and started living together.
26-03-2012---- Switched from Tier 1 General to Spouse Visa.
26-03-2014---- My Current Spouse visa Will expire.

My Question are:

What is the earliest date I can apply for ILR?
How early I can book my appointment for same day service??

Your Help would be appreciated.

Without looking to check if 2104 is a leap year, you can apply any time on or after Feb 26, 2014
