Phone number for the UKBA

My sister received her approval letter more than 2 weeks ago but has not received an invitation letter. She emailed the UKBA but they have not replied so far.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a phone number to get in touch with the UKBA?

The Local Authority (apparently) cannot check if they have received her certificate as they need a reference number (to be found on the invitation letter) to locate it.
