Appointment was in the morning at around 9:35 am. Biometric was completed by 10:30 and the documents were ready for collection by 1pm. No question asked while submitting the documents. They asked to sign a declaration and checked the photographs took photo copies of the passports and asked me to go and wait for Bio metric. The caseworker didn't check any document in front of me. He took the whole file which I prepared. Bio metric person took the finger and thumb prints.

Congratulations for your ILR SaurabhGupta
I am going to apply for my ILR next month. I have confusion regarding letter from employer. My total number of days absent from the UK in last 5 years is 124 and nor more than 30 days in any given year. Do I still need to get letter from my employer for this absenses? I only took leave to see my family in India and I do not understand what proof would be needed from me. I have worked for various employers for last 5 years. Does a letter from myself stating the reasons of absenses enough as proof or do I need to get it from my all the companies that I had worked for?
Kindly clarify
Many thanks

Thanks !
As per my understanding if your leave is less than 180 days then you need not to worry.
Are you a self-employed or a permanent employee?

If you are a permanent employee than its easy for you to prove that was your paid holidays as the salary would be same for the month when you were not on holidays and when you were on holiday.
