Ahaaaaaaa ! thank you jambo , cause i was confiused ,
but what about this :

-Have you lived with the EEA national in a relationship
like a marriage or civil partnership at any time (including
since a wedding or civil partnership)?

-> my wife came to me 3 times and we rented house and we spend time together

-How much of the EEA National's total monthly income is
given to their family member's and other dependants

-> she will support me there , but not giving me nothing now , and she dn't have other dependant or family members

-Do you intend to work in the UK please provide details

and about this part , why they asking ? my wife will support me and im not working for the moment in my country i stopped work !

69 What is your total monthly income from all sources of
employment or occupation, after tax?

70 Do you receive income from any other sources, including
friends or family?

71 Do you have savings, properties or other income (for
example, stocks and shares)?

72 How much of your monthly income is used to support
your family member's and other dependants?

73 How much do you spend each month on living costs?

i don't know what to put here ,
if i will say not applicable for eea family permit of a couple , they will not maybe hassle with me ??
not complete application ?

I suggest you read Q4 in EEA FAQs - Common Questions - Read before posting - EEA Family Permit.

The requirements for EEA FP are simple. Not answering irrelevant questions will not affect your application.

There is no requirement for you to have been living together to qualify although I agree it is likely to raise questions about your marriage. I suggest you provide evidence to show this is a genuine relationship.

If your wife is in the UK, get her to seek a solicitor to advice on what to do. I will rather you do it yourself if you can understand the question and answer based on evidences you can provide. DO NOT answer a question when you CAN NOT provide the evidences to back your claim.
