paternity leave

hi, I wonder if anyone can answer my query regarding paternity leave. I can have up to 26 weeks paternity pay as a father and my company will pay me 90% of my wages. even if I use 90% for 26 weeks( or less) I can earn sufficient to claim points under income requirement. my query is, can I include paternity pay in my income for applying ILR ?? or they gona exclude months I claim paternity pay for ?? plz plz answer
