maintenance fund for Tier 1 dependent

My husband has been working in London for 18 months on Tier-1 Leave to Remain visa,and we are planning to apply for my dependent visa(work permit).Wanted to know how much amount is required as maintenance fund for it?
Will 600 GBP be enough or he has to maintain 900 GBP for himself also ?

And if possible,please mention the mandatory as well as optional documents needed for my visa purpose.

Your reply would be of great help as there's so much of confusion :(

Hi,

One more help needed...Can I show Fixed deposit(in an Indian Bank registered with UKBA) for maintenance fund ?If so, can anyone please share the correct format for Fixed deposit details to be taken from bank?
