LC20 - Implications

Post by vishsrikanth » Thu Oct 10, 2013 1:47 pm

Hi All,

I apologise for creating one more LC20 case, but I was not sure the answers in the previous posts clarify my doubts. Here are the facts of my case:
Offense committed: Nov 2009
Court order LC20 issued in: Jun 2010
Fined: £165 + £55 (charges)

I want to know the following:
- Is there a time gap during which I am not supposed to apply for naturalisation?
- If yes, then for how long?
- Is the time calculated from date of offense or date of court order.

Regards

Sri

Thanks for that. I take it this means I can apply now.
