English Language requirement

Post by VirtualWaver » Thu Oct 10, 2013 6:49 pm

Hi guys,

I will definitely grow white hair because of this Tier 2 application. It looks like luck is not on my side with this problematic tier.

As a beginning I received my MBA award from Cardiff Metropolitan University (former UWIC) last year and successful extended my visa to PSW using that award.

Now I am trying to get a Tier 2 General visa.

Just checked Points Calculator on UKBA's website and didn't find my university nor my awarding body (University of Wales) in "Awarding institution or body list" section in Points Calculator.

What a joke is this? Does it mean that they will note recognise my degree as a proof of English language? Really can't believe in this!!!

Does anybody know about this? Thanks a million!
