Graduate Entrepreneur --> Entrepreneur (50k)

Hello All!

I am switching from Graduate Entrepreneur to Tier 1 Entrepreneur through the £50,000 route. I noticed from the application form that its pretty easy and straightforward: as in they only need proof that I have the amount and that I am able to spend it on the business, no further information is required regarding the business I'm planning to open.

Please correct me if I am wrong but what I understand is that only the extension applications require the company to be registered or to have client contracts and marketing materials provided.

Another question, if my wife is applying with me as a dependent (she is currently Tier 4 Student), should we provide a marriage certificate? (wasn't required in the form)

Any help or general advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.
