Age limit and salary in switching from PSW to tier 2 sponcer

Dear All,

I am currently working in a company for last 18 months as IT assistance they are happy to provide me sponsorship, but the problem the company legal advisor came with is the age limit with my salary he said it must be £28400 minimum. as I am above 25.

I am switching from PSW, I was on IT assistant but will be promoted and I am I eligible to apply under New Entrant Salary ranges.

Please some one help.

You should tell your company that someone switching from PSW to Tier 2 comes under new entrant salary ranges regardless of their age.

I am just not sure if the that's been effected by immigration rules changed in October 2013, Plz reply if have any updates about that or any reference to home-office website.

as far as I know nothing change regarding the entrance salary option for psw switch
