hi,

1. I just realised I filled AN form dec 2012 and there is a new form posted Sept 2013. Can i still use old one ?? ( I have reference page already filled)

2.I came to UK 13-06-2005,as EEA what date i should write in section 1.3, or I do not need to ??

3.If I am applying only for my self ( I am married), should I still give my wife details in 1.31 or I do not need to ??

Some ncs accept old one and some insist on the new one because none of them really have a clue. You can really ask your ncs. My personal advice is to use the new one.

I don't think anyone knows the answer to this question definitively. If an NCS office accepts the old form, the chances are virtually NIL that the Home Office will then reject it. If you simply post it yourself, theoretically it should be the same, but anything could happen and the risk is surely far greater.

again from a very narrow personal point of view which is not professional, I think and only think that NCS is just forwarding services and have no power over HO so even if NCS accept old form it could actually mean nothing so I recommend you get more profession advice. Call HO.

Second part, I don't think swapping pages will work but you can try and see the outcome

The issue has been discussed a few times already. There is no problem using the old version of the form.

I don't think that you can swap the referee page as new refree page is different from the old one. As from now you have to sign you photo from one refree and write your name and DOB on the back of the photo and paste it with the glue. Senior can comment please

On ukba website it says abt new forms on other categories but nothing about an and it does say they can accept old forms until 22 of October so u shud b fine

The new form is not for the October change it's regarding Good Character.

Ideally use the latest form if you dont want to risk being asked for an updated form... Why do you simply want to risk using the old forms...

If your concern is the already filled referee page, then you can very well use the old referee page as its just the page number difference, and swap it with the new one. Should not be a problem, atleast better than using a full outdated form.
