tier1 2nd extension limited company documents

Post by ukmigrant01 » Tue Oct 15, 2013 10:53 am

Hi,

I am going for second extension in couple of months.I am the director and the employee of my limited company and 100% shareholder.

I receive payslips from the accountant and the payslips does not have any logo or accountant details. Its just a simple payslip. Is it require to have a logo and accountant details on the payslip?

Should I also have to sign and stamp the payslips?

Also is it OK if I get the complete bank statements by ordering through post ?

I don't have any monthly bank statements sent to me with me now.

Please clarify.

Thx

Hi,

I think it should be having your company details and not of accountant. No need to sign and stamp them and it is ok to request bank statement by post.

I am in a same situation where I am a 100% shareholder in a Ltd. Co.

I need to know that which documents needed to send in case I am drawing salary as an Employed Director and dividends as 100% shareholder of a Ltd. Company.

From Tier 1 (General) Visa Guidelines, point 117 on page 21, what I understand that my application will not be considered as Self-Employed as I am not paying Class 2 NI Contributions.

From Tier 1 (General) Visa Guidelines,113 on page 19, what I understand that need to send payslip, dividend vouchers and personal bank statements as evidence for earnings proof.

Thanks
