Hi,
I came to UK as a student in september 2004. My law full 10 years without any gap in the visa will over in september 2014.
Could any one please help me on the following questions.
(1) what application form I need to complete?
(2) In 10 years if I have been outside UK on holidays, How many days are allowed.
Thanks

Hi Sheraz,
Thankyou for the reply.
I have also heard a figure of 540 days, that one should not be outside UK for more than 540 days over the period of 10 years is that true?
Thanks

My question is when I travel outside UK do UKBA count the date of departure and arrival in the absence from uk?
