Spouse and fids visa (kALAYAMI & Experts)

I am in london and claimed 10 pts for spouse ,

I got 2 day part time lecturership in college and 3 day part time with Chartered accountant but pay is less gbp 250 / week

my ? is i have to bring my family in 3 months compulsory or i can hold applying therir visa till 6 months as my younger baby is 3 month old

Please advice
