hi i have overstayed my uk visa and i am leaving the uk back to ghana to submit my spouse visa application which is the right thing to do,ihave bought my flight but it would be stopping in Rome terminal 3 and depart at the same terminal to ghana,would i be allowed to continue with my journey ? the stopover is for 4hrs i can't get an airport transit visa bcos i dont have a valid uk leave,would i have to go through immigration or i can follow the transit sign to the boarding gate.
pls any good advice would be appreciated cos my flight date is due next week.
