Honestly, it depends on where if Tanzania allows dual citizenship. If they do, then you can use your old passport and would have no problems at immigration control, as long as you have the necessary permits to enter the country you are visiting. If no dual citizenship is allowed then am afraid, you may have to wait until your passport is processed.darcydarcy wrote:Thank you very much Jambo.

Please this is only my opinion and does not represent an expert view on this matter. You will have to wait for more members to respond.

Also on coming back you can show your citizenship certificate to take advantage of BC queue at airport.
I applied for Passport last week, today was my interview and will receive passport in 3 days.
