Post by lencruz » Mon Dec 17, 2012 12:18 pm

I am a EEA national, have applied for EEA 2 for my wife and child, got the COA but not RC.

Last month i applied for child benefit, working tax credit and child tax credit i received a letter from H and M revenue asking for further documents they have asked for my child passport.

is it ok to send them COA instead of passport if its does is it going to effect my wife and child application EEA2.

What is your status in the UK. Are you a worker or Self- Employed person.

If you are a worker, which i supect is the case, then those benefits you mentioned should not have much effect on their application. You have to send their ID. it is a requirement.

You may find thisuseful.

Do bear in mind that the college/university has a student adviser who will answer all such questions.
