i have hearing tomorrow. My refusal reason is Current appointment report Missing.

in preparation i am keeping
- Unaudited account for activity.
- Three statements from the time of the refusal(maintenance, Deposit money in the uk, business).
- having New ordered Current appointment report.

is there any other thing which i need to focus?

i will appreciate your help.

Make sure u prepare yrself for questions outside of the refusal points. such as whether u have insurance, whether u r registered with money laundering, what the turnover u have made so far, how u run yr business activities, whether there is any more recent proof of business like recent contract or money receipt, if money hasnt been invested take a bank account u have still money available. well all these things will help

If your business is trading and you have all the evidence, then you are very likely to win your appeal.

Also don't forget to point out that caseworker should have applied Evidential flexibility to request for the CAR if they were not satisfied with the one submitted.

I been to hearing toady. Homeoffice representative was absent. Judge proceed on behalf of home office. Judge asked me some basic questions. He just asked me the reason what happened at the time of application? why you missed the Current Appointment report?
I just replied misunderstood. Judge asked me for immigration history. What I did during PSW? What is the Nature of the degree and nature of business?
Is business active?

Judge will send verdict in next three weeks.

Judge said to me he is adding immigration act 8 to my case as well.


Anyone can judge the decision on the behalf of provided information.

I will appreciate your help.

You are lucky because HO rep was not there. In Tier1 Entp appeal, I have hardly heard about absence of HO rep.
If judge included article 8 himself then definitely he considered your immigration history and your previous progress as an immigrant on compassionate grounds. It is positive sign. It seems that judge decided in your favour and just to support his own arguments in your favour, he also included article 8 himself. It sounds to be in your favour because why would judge include article 8 himself to refuse you.
