Tier 1 -Entrepreneur Visa:
Application made in feb 2013 (main applicant + dependant + child born in UK)
UKBA aknowldged evidence of 50K but Visa refused in may 2013 because:
1. No CAR submitted
2. No advertising proof provided
3. No incorporation cert provided
4. Contract of service did not include tel num of client and UKBA could not match the SOC code in our application with the contract. The code was 1132.
The business (XYZ ltd) I mentioned in my application is for marketing and business development. It is operating & have only one client and receive payment regularly. 2 more client in the pipeline and correspondences and draft contract of service in progress. By now both advertising and website available & business plan.
After submitted my application I developed a second business (ABC Ltd - incorporated in July 2012 which became active in April 2013) in childcare (nursery) where so far I already invested over £20k.
My role at all times has been Business Development Manager.
The childcare business have already created 3 full time employment and a further 3 are in the pipe line and there are children registered in the nursery. XYZ Ltd wholly own ABC Ltd and annual return has been filed already.
Nursery business is code 2319. My worries are:
Can the UKBA argue that although I am improving sales of the business as a business development manager - I am not providing childcare services myself? Also major investment has been made in childcare business not in the one I mentioned in my original application?
Do I need to provide audited accounts so far? or an unaudited one will suffice.
Please give me some additional preparation hints.
