ideally one would have done considerable amount of research before deciding to 'INVEST' two hundred thousand pounds. if you have access to that kind of money, maybe it would be appropriate to get your business plan done professionally. maybe you can charge this as capital expense.

security industry authority(Sia) is a regulator for the security companies in UK, to open up a new company you will need 2 different approvals contract scheme etc. besides a number of other formalities. hope you know it before me..
