Appeal allowed to limited extent

Please help with this question:

If Judge allowed appeal to a limited extent, do we still get a written decision from Judge?

I ask this question because my appleal was allowed to limited extend and never get any decision letter from Tribunal.

Also, for limited allowed, what action can home office take?

Should I expect my visa and documents

In simple terms, the Judge has asked the HO to reconsider your application..One of the 3 might happen

1- Home Office might ask you for more info
2- Send you ANOTHER refusal letter
3- Grant your visa

There's nothing you can do but wait for HO to contact you.It might be helpful if you contact your local MP AFTER 8 weeks to chase it down.

you had a reply from tribunal in which they informed you about your appeal. you did not have got more than you would already have got in every decision made by tribunal,they just inform you & the respondent and that is all however click below you get some of questions answered.
