test for British Citizenship

I need to apply for British Citizenship in January. but booking office told me that I need to pass ESOL test but I have already passed Life in uk test when I applied for my ILR in 2012. can you please confirm my below queries.

1. I have got Bachelor degree from India. Do I still need to pass ESOL.
2 if ESOL is required on which web site I can book this.

please help on above.

If you degree is comparable to a UK degree and was taught in English it should suffice the new B1 requirement in addition to the LIUK test.
