hello i am applying for ILR but i was just wondering when i apply will my wifes a1 TOEIC test suffice for the new law for the english language requirement or will she have to do the ESOL A2 level test if some one can get back to me as soon as plz on this dilema :)

For settlement she will need to meet a B1 English requirement in addition to LIUK.

it says TOEIC Test a1 is still accepted as long as the marks are met
if you look on the 27th page of the link you sent it says it their A1

Yes, but if your wife is applying for settlement the requirement is B1 not A1.
