Guys, Thanks again for all your help and this will be probably my lost post now till the next part of my wife's visa process but however all your help has been invaluable.

Anyway my wife came today just a bit upset but she came from Lahore to Glasgow via a connection through Dubai and she was not asked a single question @ Glasgow they never even asked her to check her TB, Nikha Namma or any other documents. Quite shocked they did not even ask her name or any other general questions. Her passport checked and of she went.

Below is my final timeline and I wish everyone else a successful married life and hope all appeals and visa's are granted soon.

Applied @ Lahore: 30th May 2012
Refused: 7th Nov 2012
Appealed: 6th Dec 2012
Deadline: 12th Jul 2013
Expedition Request Sent: 23rd Jul 2013
Court Date: 22nd Jan 2014
Adjourned Court Date: 29th Aug 2013
Decision: Appeal Allowed 11th Sep 2013

My case is similar like your one. The same tragedy happened to me..
Having a Tier 1 General BRP card valid until April 2015
Removed from UK airport: 10th June 2013
Appeal from India in UK: July 2013
Hearing date at the First Tribunal: 9th July 2014.

Please let me know that have you won appeal at the First Tribunal?
If I win appeal, what will be the procedure to get back the visa?
My solicitor has been dealing with my case but I want you to share your experience in detail which might help me.

My Wife's Visa was refused on 11/11/13
and Today 03/12/13 we appealed against the decision

Does anyone know if they overturn the decision , how long does it take minimum or maximum time ?

In the Meanwhile we are preparing the documents for the fresh application as well, just in case.

My court hearing date was the 3/12/13 but home office rep called my solicitor to say they are withdrawing. What does that really mean?

When are we likely to get the call letter.

I think its mean you just won the appeal and Visa will be granted , Congrats

Applied for appeal in uk 17/12/12
Deadline given 17/06/2013
Court date: 24/09/2013
Decision Withdrawn by HO: 23/09/2013
Call letter: 29/10/2013
Visa stamped: 12/11/2013 (though got passport back on 19/11/2013)

Now my wife is here in the UK with me.

Hi all . My father's visit appeal allowed by judge almost 1 year ago but after the determination latter my father didn't receive any call or latter .... Now what should I do?? And if I contact with bhc.. In how much time will they able to reply me ... Plz help in need someone help....thanks ..

After reading your post, I firmly believe the language requirement should continue to be essential.

Anyways, regarding your father's case, are you saying your appeal was allowed 1 year ago? If so you should really get your MP involved. If however you applied 1 year ago and have just been allowed then you're looking at 3/4 weeks for the call letter and then 4 weeks for the stamped passport to be returned.

Whats are the chances of ukba actually overturning decisions within the 19 week review period... it appears alot of ppl are being put to court for a hearing without them looking at the appeal and evidence. .. any thoughts appreciated.

Hello All.. Child under 18 family visit appeal hearing date in march 2014 ...he will travel with her mother insha ALLAH ..and the mother has got 5 years visa already .. I want to know that what type of questions the court can ask on hearing about the child and the appellant...? Child is the younger brother of appellant ..and the age of child is 16
