Does JR gives a 100% gaurantee to get a stay?if so why HO office refusing all applications, either HO give us a trouble, making people living in a more limbo and difficult or HO is confidence about their law, refused is refused, they not coming back in court, HO Can win in the court as well. Very interesting, we all need to think about, we all have more a less same case people living long time in uk and have a children either born here and came from small age been here more than 7 or 8 or even 9 or 10 years, no criminal record still refusing.

Shondra Sharma wrote:Guys one thing I can't understand why HO refusing all the family life under 7 year applications, probably HO have good reason to refuse for that even in the court HO have confident they will win the case, please guys study on this matter.
This is a deliberate move by the government to use this process to get a rough estimiate of the overstayers living in the country and also tag them using "Biometrics" (at least they know us now)

It had always been their game plan perhaps not to approve the visa and shift it to the courts so that they won't be blamed for giving overstayers visas and they can always wash their hands clean and blame the courts for the increase in populations of non-EU's living in the country.

Don't worry winners, i will congratulate you instead for having successfully passed the first stage of the hurdles. At least, you will now be a step closer to regularising via the JR rather than just waiting endlessly in limbo.

It is well!

Oh my gosh! Really sorry to hear this hun! Have you been given a right to appeal?
No right of appeal.
I am sorry for the bad news....I also applied based on the seven year rule....talked to my solicitor most people that used this route were refused so am not expecting good news....I am just annoyed that it is taking long. I applied before my previous visa expired so they should give me right of appeal...atleast I hope so....otherwise I dont know why they brought this rule when they are going to refuse all applications.....

I think they are trying to raise more fund for the economy thru us...because it's just not fair the way we are being treated.

Thanks so much everyone for your warm response, I really appreciate it. God bless. Trying to keep my head above water as well, we will surely survive this ordeal bu God's grace. Good morning and I hope we had a nice rest.

Elastep, thanks for asking about my case, my appeal has been lodged by my lawyer so he said but due to the weird way he has been acting I got a copy of the documents he claimed to have sent to them and faxed it myself too. I am just waiting a few days then will give them a ring to confirm it is on their system before I take my next course of action which is to get another lawyer as I do not want to leave any stone unturned.

I really wish the home office would at least just change their mind but then God knows best.

God bless you all, really appreciate this wonderful family.
