Guys is it appropriate to go for new application or go further in upper tribunal????

If go for new application and resolve the last refusing reason, then it should not be any problem?? what your opinions??

Please can you specify the reason for refusal.

With regards to appeal right, you are right in saying that in the event of your application being rejected you will not be given right to appeal by HO.

Guys do we need to submit up-to date documents with new application, means they are already have all the documents (Pass and photos etc), so we just have to send a new application with correct letter??

@opportunist: I have got same situtation before refusal no right of apeal. Refusal objection in contract I forget to sign. I reapplied with new photo and just sign on same contract and attach the refusal letter and just write a letter I am re apply as per your direction. Then I have got visa with in 10 days...

So I advice you re-apply do not go JR it will take long long time.
