Tier 1 trading address query

Hi everyone,

This is the first time I post here. I got a thorny issue with my trading address. The guidance says the registered office shouldn't be a PO BOX. So I registered it as my accountant's office.

But for the trading address, I didn't see clear requirement. So I registered my home as the trading address.

The problem is , my landlord is not willing to let me use the home address to be the trading address. In this case, can I register PO BOX as my trading address? (Not registered office)

Interesting one. I have seen it normal practice to use Accountants address as registered address and trading address as home address.

Doing a quick google search,

It appears you cannot use PO Box for registering for tax / VAT, See here

However it appears you can use PO Box as a registered address, See here

What did your accountant / accounting firm advice you?
