Tier 2 Application - Section M9 - Share holder

Post by mahe333 » Tue Nov 05, 2013 11:30 am

Hi guys,

I was offered shares as part of my employed shareholder contract and am confused whether I should select the option 'Yes' to this question in the Tier 2 application form?

M9. Do you hold shares in the uK company or connected business that sponsors you?

Please advise.

M

I've got the same option with my company but as it stands, I currently do not have any shares in the company and therefore I am stating that I do not on my application.

Thanks for the reply.

I have signed few options agreement couple of months ago, and i couldnt find any other reference about shares anywhere in the supporting docs section. Since I have signed the options agreement docs I am still thinking to mark Yes to that question.

I think I would make the same call :)
I haven't signed anything - my company is issuing my contract based on the successful visa application (which makes perfect sense). All these complications!!
