I have appeal request pending in upper tribunal and under 3c leave is valid at the moment. My question is if I do withdraw my request and make fresh application under 28 days rule and if I luckily get visa then 3years visa period will be considered for indefinite leave on 10 years basis or not. Some people says when u apply in 28 days then it will break my 10 years period continuity and I won't be able to apply indefinite leave on 10 years basis.
