Spousal Visa Application - Pakistan (Timeline Only)

What is the main reason?ur hubby receive mail or letter?

My husband received an email today!

They said they think i haven't been employed for a 6 month period, and because i only provided 14 weeks of payslips, with no solid reference from my employer!

Any advice!!??

so now finally u know the status of your application, why you did not provide previous 12 months pay slips , if you were not employed for a 6 month period at the current job you should have to provide your previous job detail plus income that you earned from the previous job.

Sistrr i have been with my current employer for over a year now, but sstupidly i was told by someone i only needed 3 months payslips!

Inshallah now i know what i need to do:

6 mnths bank statements and paylsips and a letter from my employer!

Do i nd anything else

p60 would be helpful as it would show your annual income

i submitted P60, 7 months payslip, 7 months bank statement, letter from employer stating my annual income, tenancy agreement, council tax bill - I guess thats enough evidence that I can support my wife, I don't know why it takes so long to verify all these, call employer, call HMRC, call bank, call council - not more than half an hour!!!

Acknowlegement: 3rd October'13.
Visa application under process till today i.e. 7th November'13.

Do u guys think I should mail them and ask about my application?
If yes, what is BHC's email id..
And I dont know how to count days according to BHC method..could somebdy help me n tell me how many weeks have actually passed?

Is there any1 who applied for UK spouse visa in Sept'13 and is still waiting or has been granted a visa?

You can certainly email them but you will not get a response other than a standard one.
To count days, you only count Monday to Friday and minus any holidays in pakistan and UK such as Moharram or Christmas or New YearIf Christmas comes on Tuesday then you don't count that as a working day.

I have started preparing my documents, just waiting on my employer now. I am going to email the docs aswell as send them via post. To make sure there is no confusion about them not receiving it

Just because of someone's wrong information, you are going through this misery and waiting for a long time.

P60 will also be helpful, do compile all these documents and send them as soon as possible. I have already send all supporting documents on dated 4th November and BHC has send me the reply that they have received my documents and will conclude my case soon.
