Guys! If you think that this your country and you are here to add value to it , trust me believe in yourself it will happen.

I was very lucky, my lawyer kept in touch with my caseworker and she convinced her that if the case goes to the court they will lose it.

Thank you UKBA!!! <3<3<3<3<3

Appeal withdrawn

Post by csquare » Thu Nov 14, 2013 10:23 am

Hi all,

My appeal has been withdrawn by the home office before the hearing date . What should I infer from it ? On the letter it states that the case has been withdrawn from the court and sent back to decision maker to make a new decision . So please let me know if anyone is in same situation ?

Would they re-assess my case?

Thanks in Advance

Case Withdrawn + no reply for few months = Legal Limbo!
Pray and chase your case worker, If I were you I would write a letter to the case worker and send the documents he/she needed to process the visa. I'm you would know from the refusal decision what was missing or send some extra stuff that could make your case a stronger.

I contacted my MP as well and wrote a letter to house of commons. Things did work out well in the end.

I totally sympathise with your situation but all you could do is just wait and hope you get your visa soon. Just write a letter to the complains department and write a letter to your MP.
