I have applied for a Tier 1 Entrepreneur team visa on PSW route showing 50k.
And got rejection as i missed the contact details on the Contract Provided.

I have applied for the ORAL hearing which is on 14 Nov

Does appellant need to attend the hearing is that mandatory ?

If any one of you got related questions to be asked on hearing ?

Yes the appellant needs to attend the hearing. How do you expect to put forward your case if you don't attend?

just get a new contract with all information. home office barrister hardly ask any question but keep every thing up to date in case he asks you anything. keep in your mind that you are an entrepreneur.

@ rajrea, if your business is already trading then you have nothing to fear, if not then be ready for any questions from Home Office representative.
You should go to the hearing as not going will give the impression that you don't take the visa very serious.

@ gulrose786 i got the new contract in that there is all the information but i believe JUDGE will not accept any new document from our side but i will take all the latest contracts, tradity acitvity , corporation tax that i have paid ...
