Bank Letter third party UK

Post by ishfaqsangra » Wed Nov 13, 2013 5:38 pm

Is it ok to use third party's businesss manager letterhead(which is original ,with bank logo, and name and right corner says commercial banking).
Account details are third party 's current account(personal account) with my name (money available to Mr.XXX)

I need at least some suggestion as it should be third party's personal account but will it matter if it is on their Authorised buisness manager/commercial banking letterhead?

I hope at least someone will give me some advice. If it will be the reason for rejection can I justify it in court later on.(its only for a part of funding, rest in my own account).

Any help or advice will be much appreciated as I spoke with my accountant he said it should be fine as long as he mentioned personal account number and followed the template.

Thanks for you reply but tird party can be anywhere in the world,UK third party will be valued better than anyother around the world.
Please read policy guidence,it only says if third party is in UK,funds entry date in UK should be given.
Your friends refusal may be because of other reasons like no name on letters(from bank or third party),may be becuase of business or personal account of third party.but I am 100% sure Third party can be from anywhere.
I am confused with letter from Bank's business manager for third party who wrote letter on his official letterhead and business team stamp(he and few others are authorised for healthcare professionals ,and my third party has personal account with him as well). Thanks for your reply anyway.cheers
