Vist Embassy For refusal?

My husband was refused spouse visa because they dont think out marriage is genuine.
Our court date is 24 February
Im travelling to india next month for our 1 year anniversary

Im thinking of going to the embassy where we applied
Taking all paper work with me and speaking to them directly

Will this help?
Anyone ever done it?

What have you got to loose by trying but that's really not how the system works and I doubt anyone will talk to you.
