Running software company in India,wants to apply -UK Tier1

Hi All,

I own a software company in Bangalore, India from last 2 years. Paid taxes to india government.

In order to expand business to Europe, i have visited UK on business visa and registered UK limited company and VAT in london [I am 100% stake holder and my friend who is on PR was director].

My questions are as follows:

1)Can i apply for Tier1 (Entrepreneur) visa?
2)What all documents i need to submit?
3)I am London right now, can i apply for Tier1 visa when i am on business visa within london?
4) I have some property [house and some land] in india, can i show them as Investment?
5) Do we need lawyer or can we submit our case?
