applying from pakistan

Hi Guys,

I have a question, currently my leave in UK in extended because of Section 3C of immigration rules as my 2nd appeal (i.e. permission from 1st tier to go to upper tribunal) is still pending.

My question is if i withdraw my case and go back to pakistan, do i need to show investment funds of 200k or 50k ? I am asking this because section d (ii) of the attributes section of the policy guidance specify that
" have, or were last granted, leave as a Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) migrant ".

I am asking this question because i have been told that i can apply only with 200k category because I will be applying from outside UK and am infact, not applying for leave to remain but rather, for an entry clearance.

Thats true. You need to apply on 200k route because you are seeking entry clearance not switching from psw.
