My visa in appeal and my due date is nearby to appeal date.
M I eligible for maternity pay n leave?

@ helpMeP, yes you are entitle to maternity pay and leave as you are still on your previous leave during appeal. Your previous leave has been extended with section 3C and until your appeal is concluded, you are still entitle to your usual benefits you get from working.
