Firms that can help raise finance.

Hello all,

I wanted to know if there are any firms out there, that can help with the following:

Register company in the UK
- Website development
- Business plan development
- Register your company with EIS (HMRC Entrepreneur Investment Scheme)
- Pitch the business plan to the investors to raise the finance upto 200000 GBP through EIS

Do you guys know if there are firms that offer such services ? And if there are whats the fees like?
