How to pay fee (if some prob with credit card verification)

I have submitted my application for HSMP. Today the application is received to HSMP team. But the prob is that my bank told me that i can use my credit card for this transaction (means HSMP FEE) but today my bank told me that you can not use this card outside the Pakistan and my bank also dont have facility of MAILED TO transaction on thier card.
Now I want to know that how i can submit my fee to HO and yet i have no ID aur reference number given by HSMP. Now whwt i do wait for the payment committes letter or pay amount by bank draft. and how i can pay amount and to whom person. how they will recognize that I have submitted this amount. Plzz Reply me as soon as possible i will be very grateful to You People.

I have also more or less similar problem, as my payment was rejected by the bank due to some linkages problem b/w the bank and merchandise. However i received a letter from HO charging team who asked me to submitt the payment slip again by mentioning some deadline. Fax number was also given and i was given the option that i can fax my payment slip again.

As advised i send them refilled payment slip through fax and mail , and after few days they deducted the prescribe amount.

I want to know from where you got the fee slip when HO got the problem in hsmp fee deduction against yr application. I have had faced the same problem but I have not yet received the correspondence from HO. I want to pay my fee. What could be the other alternative to pay the hsmp fee? I have mailed them but no reply from HO.

its very strange, I got my payment rejected as I filled the Name of the Card Section as "Citi Bank" instead of the card holders name. Home office returned my whole file with a letter detailing where I made the mistake.

I filled the form payment page again (although they asked me to correct the mistake and sign it over correction) and sent the whole package once again by corrier. It consumed my 15 - Days

This happened to me also. i have send the courier on 1st april. HO received the courier on 6th april. But on 15th they have returned the courier that there is some problem in credit card no(still i don't know what is the problem) . So i have to do courier again and it reach HO on 21st april.

So i got loss of 15 days and thereby got loss of atleast 1 and half month loss for getting approval and ofcourse it cost me Rs. 1500 more
