Previous Home Office Number

Post by hsmp_distressed » Sun Jun 17, 2007 6:11 am

Hello All,
This is my 2nd attempt to file for HSMP. In the application form, I see a section for "Previous Home Office Number". Is this the place where I should enter the previous reference number for my earlier HSMP application? Also, should I mention the same in my cover letter that I had earlier applied for HSMP but got refused on so-and-so grounds?

Requesting help from all members in this matter.

Dear member,

Yes, the reference number obtained in your first application has to be keyed in here. During my application I had checked this with the HSMP Team and said the above. For a fresh application it will be empty (NA) but for re-application you need to key in all the last reference numbers. However, not sure how much of a concern this may add to your current application. I'm also not sure what happens if one forgets to quote this intentionally. Thats a call you have to take!!!

Best of Luck!!!

Regards,
deeps
