Category to apply as for settlement HSMP or Tier1 general?

Hello,

I am preparing to apply for Indefinite leave to remain. I am not sure in what category should I apply ?

I first arrived in the UK as a HSMP migrant granted about 08th August 2007.

This later got changed to Tier 1 on 24 Apr 2009 as the HSMP got transferred to Tier 1.

Now while applying fr ILR am I in the category for one who is an HSMP or am I one in Tier1 general category?

Any help is appreciated as if it is HSMP I may not need to satisfy the points scoring for Tier 1.
