Hello every one,

my friends tier 1 entrepreneur visa was rejected and when appealed the appeal has been allowed by judge in uk and he was on PSW.

I have three questions

1)he still haven't received any letter from court its more than four weeks now?
2)is there any number we can contact and get an update?
3)lastly can he use his funds 50k as the money was in account for nearly one year now?

your advise will be highly appreciated

hi Naresh
you said the appeal has been allowed, but you haven't received court judgement after 4 weeks of hearing, how did your friend know that his appeal is allowed? as per my knowledge Judge don't give their judgment on the fearing day.

thank you for your reply i really appreciate..

on the day judge did say that my friend will get a letter in post either UKBA has to reconsidered the application or they will send a letter in post saying he got the visa

what were the refusal points, normally judge don't say that but lets hope for the best........ hopefully you will get the reply? did you contact your solicitor?

thank you..

he did not submit the appointment letter with main applications thats all....

even my barrister said the same

my solicitors is useless..

@ NARESH_502, let your friend wait and get the visa first before touching the 50k funds except if he want to use it for his business/trading activities.

The funds are not to be use for any other purpose except for his business so why is he in a rush to get the funds out?

He wants to touch the money to invest in his business? Can he touch now

But he is worried as this is different to what he said to HO?

As long as investment fund is used for the purpose of business, your friend will he fine. Keep all the proof incase there is query from UKBA.

MY FRIEND GOT HIS DOCUMENTS FROM COURT CAN HE INVEST HIS MONEY IN RESTAURANT COMPANY?
